Pizza 4P’s uses plastic waste as a time capsule to send letters to Vietnam’s future generation

To mark Pizza 4P’s 10th anniversary, its commitment to sustainability and pay tribute to Vietnam, Pizza 4P’s, one of the four awardees of Asia’s 50 Best’s inaugural ‘Essence of Asia’ collection, will use its plastic waste as a time capsule to send letters from Vietnamese residents to the future generation of this country.

To mark Pizza 4P’s 10th Anniversary, the team has come up with a heartfelt initiative encouraging Vietnamese residents to write letters to the future generation, using its plastic waste as a time capsule to send these letters that will live on forever. Following the brand’s notable claim in the Asia’s 50 Best’s inaugural ‘Essence of Asia’ collection for its sustainable efforts and contributions to the local community, the team behind one of Vietnam’s most well-loved chains issued the below memo to its employees, close friends and loved ones -

“Over the past 10 years, we have accomplished a lot and grown a lot. However, we know we are not perfect. We continue to consume and create waste and although we are making great efforts to reduce this, we must appreciate our impact on our environment.

To do so, we will use our plastic waste as a time capsule, to send a letter to our loved ones within future generations. Our great great great grandchildren will serve as the recipient of these letters, sent through a book made of entirely plastic waste. We can take this opportunity to encourage future generations, offering messages of hope and compassion.

Through this plastic material, these letters will live on for thousands of years, ensuring our descendants can hear and understand our messages of love and encouragement. Please consider a message of love in which you would like send to your great great great grandchildren. We also would like all partners to share this invitation to friends, family and loved ones, to encourage them to do the same.”

The deadline is Thursday, 31st March and for those interested, all you have to do is write a letter on a piece of paper, sign your name as well as include the country and date from where you are writing the letter from and scan it to letter@pizza4ps.com. The only condition is that the letter must be handwritten.
